What You'll Do
No two days look the same! You'll:
  • Build relationships with assigned technology clients and become their go-to resource.
  • Track project details and compile progress/status reports.
  • Create client-facing presentations and deliverables that make an impact.
  • Update and maintain client websites and documentation.
  • Partner with Account Managers to deliver on client needs.
  • Lead account team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-up. Our default work location is the office, but we provide flexibility when your meeting schedule calls for it.
  • Represent VTM Group with professionalism via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Travel occasionally (about 25%) for client meetings and industry events.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow in client-facing work:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business OR equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years in customer service, account coordination, or project support.
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Confident in public speaking and negotiation settings.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.
