  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field crews.
  • Assist with scheduling, project documentation, and job organization.
  • Participate in pre-construction, project, and closeout meetings.
  • Answer phones, assist with new client accounts, and support general office operations.
  • Help create a welcoming, positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.

Growth Opportunity
This position is designed to develop into a Project Manager role. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and continued training, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to eventually manage projects from start to finish.

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Complete OSHA-10 certification before employment (company-provided if needed).
  • Complete one company-approved continuing education course every six months (provided by the company and completed on your own time).
  • Report any driving violations that may affect employment responsibilities.

Benefits
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Company-paid Life Insurance
  • Retirement Plan with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Fitness Membership Incentive
  • Ongoing training and professional development
