Job description

TrxNow® (Allied Dispatch Solutions, LLC) is one of North America’s fastest-growing roadside assistance and dispatch technology companies, and we are looking for a Vendor Account Manager to help support and grow our service provider network.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with towing and roadside assistance vendors, help ensure strong territory coverage, support vendor performance, and assist with network growth across assigned regions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in vendor management, account management, dispatch operations, customer service leadership, or roadside assistance operations. This is a full-time, in-person position with occasional travel opportunities to regional tow shows and industry events. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers and vendors
  • Help ensure strong roadside coverage within assigned territories
  • Utilize digital dispatch tools and technology solutions to support vendor operations and improve service quality 
  • Monitor vendor performance and assist with issue resolution
  • Facilitate contract and pricing negotiations with providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
  • Track vendor activity and maintain accurate records
