Key Personnel is seeking a Client Success Account Manager – Adkast/LUV in the Tulsa, OK area.

Client Success Account Manager Pay Rate: $17/hr

Client Success Account Manager Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Client Success Account Manager Summary: 

The Client Success Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, providing product support, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role assists with client onboarding, training, account management, troubleshooting, quality control, and CRM documentation while partnering with internal teams to support client success and drive long-term customer satisfaction.
 
Client Success Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer       
   satisfaction
 • Provide consultative support by identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions to drive business success
 • Conduct client onboarding and training sessions to ensure effective product adoption and utilization
 • Collaborate with product and development teams to communicate client feedback and support ongoing product improvements
 • Provide advanced product support, troubleshoot issues, and guide clients through resolution processes
 • Perform quality control audits on client accounts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
 • Review and interpret client reports, helping clients understand and leverage data to meet business goals
 • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, updates, and follow-ups within the CRM system
 • Assist with data entry, account setup, and software integrations for new and existing clients
 • Support administrative functions within the client success and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations
 • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms (Teams, GoToMeeting, etc.)
 • Monitor multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
 
Client Success Account Manager Requirements:

 • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with computers and software in a professional or educational setting
 • Strong data entry skills with the ability to type approximately 65 words per minute with high accuracy
 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
 • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
 • Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
 • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
 • Ability to work in an in-office environment and maintain consistent attendance

Client Success Account Manager Preferred Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
 
Work Environment & Expectations:

• In-office position requiring regular, reliable attendance during standard business hours
 • Combination of client communication, administrative tasks, and technical support responsibilities
 • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on business needs or project deadlines
 • Minimal travel may be required
