A day in the life.
As our Client Manager on the Surety team, you'll assist with the preparation and execution of bonds (performance & payment, license, court, misc. bonds), including collecting data, completing necessary forms and preparing correspondence. You will service and market new and renewal Surety accounts, process general agreement of indemnities, maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply, and build and retain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
  • Five (5) or more years insurance experience in both Contract and Commercial Surety
  • Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • Accounting or Financial background is a plus!
  • Proficient use of agency software such as Sagitta, Image Right, Surepath, and Microsoft Office products
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
