Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate
Location: Fairfax, Virginia
Basic Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 plus bonus/benefits
A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Labor &Employment Associate to join its growing Employment Practice in Fairfax.
The successful candidate will advise employers on a broad range of workplace matters while handling employment litigation, EEOC matters, witness interviews, depositions, motions, and discovery.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of Labor & Employment experience.
  • Experience handling employment litigation matters.
  • Experience preparing EEOC Statements of Position.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and client management skills.
  • Active Virginia Bar licence or eligibility for admission by waiver.
