Broadridge is hiring! Broadridge BPO is seeking a Client Management Manager to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. We are looking for someone to manage existing client relationships and assist with developing new offerings to grow our firm's revenue. We need a highly-skilled individual to manage client relationships, both prospective and existing, and collaborate on defining and executing new revenue streams for our business. In this role you will also be responsible for managing internal organization projects and clients' change management programs, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients by understanding their business needs and serving as a trusted advisor, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues - ensuring timely resolution and a high level of client satisfaction, partnering with internal teams to align client needs with Broadridge solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients by understanding their business needs and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and client reports that reinforce Broadridge's value proposition and support long-term partnerships.
  • Manage existing client relationships, including leading Monthly Governance Committees, contractual obligations and client issue resolution
  • Liaising Finance, Billing, Legal and other service teams to ensure client obligations are met
  • Assist with client-led audits that require BPO participation
  • Lead strategic client projects
  • Manage the creation, execution and delivery of client metrics and perform data trend analysis to provide clients with deep insights into their critical metrics
  • Provide BPO Ops teams with client analytics support
  • Find opportunities for process automation / digital transformation for BPO & clients
  • Utilize data tools and business intelligence tools to drive effective decision-making
  • Work on pipeline opportunities to help grow BPO revenue

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3-7 years of experience in relationship management or business development within financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Driven, motivated and intellectually curious
  • Attention to detail and impeccable time management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with and present to Senior Executives within Broadridge and at our clients
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MSFT Office, including PowerBI
  • Ability to lead client meetings both in-person and virtual
  • Ability to travel to clients on a as needed basis
