Compensation: $80K - $90K base salary + benefits



Overview:


Our client is a successful, relationship-focused wealth management practice seeking an experienced Registered Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to three Financial Advisors and their clients.


This individual will serve as the operational hub of the practice, shepherding the entire client and product process from beginning to end. From preparing for client meetings and initiating paperwork to coordinating financial plans, tracking applications, resolving outstanding items, and communicating with clients, this person will ensure every detail moves forward accurately and efficiently. Client communication is central to this role. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, takes ownership, anticipates needs, and keeps both clients and Advisors informed throughout the process. The goal is to allow the Advisors to focus on advising clients and growing relationships with confidence that the business surrounding each client is being handled exceptionally well.



Key Responsibilities:


Client & Advisor Support:


• Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to three Financial Advisors and their clients

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service and administrative needs

• Own client and product-related processes from initiation through successful completion

• Proactively communicate with clients regarding paperwork, transfers, applications, outstanding requirements, next steps, and timelines

• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure appropriate follow-through

• Anticipate Advisor and client needs and address outstanding items before they become obstacles

• Deliver a highly responsive, organized, and personalized client experience



Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up:


• Coordinate client review meetings and prospect appointments

• Prepare client files, statements, meeting materials, and agendas in advance

• Document meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up items

• Coordinate financial planning activities and post-meeting action items

• Track client and Advisor commitments through completion



Business Processing & Operations:


• Manage investment, insurance, financial planning, and account-related business through the entire process

• Prepare, review, submit, and track paperwork and applications

• Manage account openings, transfers, distributions, contributions, beneficiary changes, money movement, and account maintenance

• Track applications and proactively resolve NIGOs, missing information, rejected paperwork, and other processing issues

• Coordinate with custodians, investment providers, insurance companies, and internal partners

• Maintain the active new-business and opportunity pipeline

• Ensure the status and next step of every client request are clearly documented and accessible to the team

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall efficiency



Qualifications:


• Previous experience in wealth management client service

• Series 7 license and Series 66 license required

• Life, Accident & Health Insurance license required

• Experience with account openings, transfers, money movement, account maintenance, investment and/or insurance applications, and related paperwork

• Familiarity with ACATs, ACH transactions, investment statements, and common wealth management operational processes

• Exceptional client communication and relationship-management skills

• Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to manage multiple Advisors, clients, deadlines, and business processes simultaneously

• Proactive and independent, with the ability to identify what needs to happen next and take ownership through completion

• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and financial services technology

• Ability to work onsite in the Metairie, Louisiana office five days per week is required
