Job summary

As an Enterprise Platform Management Vice President on the 55ip Enterprise Platform Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of the platform that supports our client business, integration and associated support teams. You will work closely with sales, client integration, product, and technology teams to maintain platform operations, integrate new clients, manage user access, and oversee critical sales support functions. This role is central to enabling the firm to operate effectively and deliver a seamless experience to clients and prospects. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders at 55ip, fostering collaboration across operations, service and advisory teams to drive organizational growth and transparency. Leveraging your industry expertise, you will identify and address inefficiencies, implement scalable processes, and ensure a robust support framework for our clients. You will closely on the functional integration team, expanding its capabilities to serve both RIAs and broker‑dealers.

Job responsibilities
  • Integration and Onboarding Functions Management:
    Coordinate integration of sales platforms with other business systems (marketing, finance, operations) to support seamless operations.
  • Support platform adoption and Client Experience support commercial growth and deliver 55ip’s high standard of service to newly signed clients. Develop a strong understanding of both 55ip internal and custodial integration processes to effectively support clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the team on reporting, platform adoption, and continuous process improvement.
  • Platform Maintenance:
    Assist in day‑to‑day operations of sales enablement platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, communication tools), ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
  • User Access & Permissions:
    Manage user roles, access levels, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant platform usage for the sales team.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technology, Product, Operations, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality client outcomes. Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Process & Procedure Support:
    Maintain and update sales processes and procedures within the platform, ensuring they are current and support sales team requirements.
  • Errors, Accommodations, and Issue Management:
    Help coordinate the client trade error and accommodation processes, ensuring that special client requests and needs are addressed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Required skills, qualifications and capabilities
  • Job Experience: 7+ years of hands‑on experience in middle office operations within investment management or financial services.
