About You:

  • Candidates must have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices and a strong interest in further development and learning
  • Degree qualified in a business or Finance related disciple or related professional qualification  
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of client services within the asset management industry
  • 5+ years of people and resource management experience
  • Ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
  • Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary Range: CAD 115,000 - 155,000

Your Role:

The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding.  The role of a Client Integration Vice President (VP) involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions and strategic projects.  The Integration VP is responsible for assisting in the management of virtual teams and is tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes and sales support.  In addition, the VP will assist with securing new business, aid in the development of junior team members, reporting to senior management as well as play a lead role in global or local initiatives as required.

Project Manage New Business:

  • New client launches/conversions
  • New Business Existing Client (NBEC) launches
  • Onboarding of Ancillary services
  • Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models

Project Manage / BAU :

  • Oversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team
  • Oversee the resolution of complex client issues
  • Review departmental procedures and policies and help ensure adherence to these procedures
  • Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects
  • Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
  • Actively manage operational risk - monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team.
  • Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects.
  • Assist with reporting to Senior Management

Sales Handover/Support:

  • Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business, participating in sales and marketing pitches as required
  • Provide sales with assistance on Request For Proposals (RFP)
  • Manage requested Proof of Concepts for sales pitches
  • Provide information to Business Development on vendors/conversion/interfaces
