The Project:

Mace is seeking a Railway Systems Integration Manager to join the team for a Rail & Transit project in Toronto.
 

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead delivery of project objectives, supervising teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
  • Implement and update project plans, monitoring timeframes, budgets, risks, and quality systems.
  • Champion Safety First, embedding Mace's HSW framework across all activities.
  • Manage procurement of consultants and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Drive integration of risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver excellence.
  • Align project delivery with Mace priorities, including digital innovation, sustainability, and net zero carbon transition.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Professional membership or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Proven experience delivering property or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, construction methodologies, and project controls practices.

Note: The estimated salary for this position is 100,000 - 150,000 CAD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
