TheBrand Integration Supervisoris the day-to-day driver of client work and a key connector across disciplines at Rise and Shine and Partners.

They are responsible for deeply understanding the client’s business - including their business model, competitive landscape and marketplace factors, go-to-market strategies, performance, and brand and marketing priorities.

And ultimately, translating strategy into clear plans, aligning teams, and ensuring seamless execution across every touchpoint.

The Supervisor develops a strong understanding of the client’s business—including their business model, competitive landscape, marketplace dynamics, go-to-market strategies, performance, and brand and marketing priorities—and applies that knowledge to advance the work.

Working in close partnership with the Brand Integration Director, the Supervisor helps operationalize integrated brand strategies - creating clarity, maintaining momentum, and delivering high-quality, efficient work.

In addition to serving clients, the Supervisor partners closely with RSP leaders to ensure the agency delivers thoughtful, integrated thinking and flawless execution to help clients realize new brand futures.

Supervisors are emerging leaders within the Brand Integration team - owning the day to day, connecting the dots, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Responsibilities

Client Stewardship & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key day-to-day client contact, building productive relationships grounded in trust, credibility, consistency and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Support the stewardship of the client’s business, ensuring alignment between client goals and agency output
  • Provide proactive and responsive POVs that anticipate client needs and help identify opportunities
  • Prepare Brand Integration Directors with clear updates, perspectives, and recommendations to support strong client leadership
  • Inspire confidence and optimism among clients and internal teams through organization, follow-through, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine campaign ideas

Business & Account Operations

  • Manage day-to-day account responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution across projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee workflows, track progress, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all outputs
  • Master agency systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, organization, and team productivity
  • Simplify complex initiatives into clear, manageable workstreams while effectively balancing multiple priorities
  • Anticipate challenges, flag risk early, and proactively drive resolution
  • Partner closely with Project Management to ensure alignment across scope, timeliness and resources
  • Maintain awareness of scope, budgets, and resourcing; flag potential issues and partner with leadership to address

Strategic Contribution

  • Synthesize key data and insights into clear, compelling presentations and actionable recommendations that inform creative approaches
  • Maintain deep expertise in client categories, competitive landscapes, audiences and value propositions
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and evaluation of ideas against key objectives and media and connection opportunities
  • Ensure strategies are clearly understood and effectively executed across teams and workstreams
  • Identify and share information from industry thought leaders, subject matter experts and potential partners/vendors that could benefit the agency and clients
