We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR leader for a multi-site client group. This role partners closely with Operations Leadership to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment laws, and deliver consistent, high-quality HR services across multiple locations.

This position is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law, experience supporting hourly and exempt populations, and the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day employee relations and operational support.

Leadership & Performance Management

  • Fosters a positive employee relations environment through fair and consistent application of policies, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution.
  • Leads employee relations activities including investigations, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, ensuring compliance with company policy and State and Federal employment regulations.
  • Supports and implements HR programs aligned with overall business and operational strategies.
  • Analyzes HR metrics such as turnover, retention, time-to-fill, and recruiting spend; prepares reports and partners with leaders to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Builds strong relationships with site leadership to support policy administration, performance management, and effective internal communication.
  • Partners with managers to identify performance gaps, develop corrective action plans, and support employee development.
  • Ensures business unit needs are met through collaboration with Operations and HR Shared Services.
  • Provides leadership and guidance in employee relations, performance reviews, compensation planning, coaching, recruitment, succession planning, and policy interpretation.
  • Adapts quickly to organizational change while promoting a culture aligned with company values and continuous improvement.

Serves as the on-site expert for U.S. federal and state employment law compliance, including but not limited to:

  • Administers Workers’ Compensation programs including claims management, modified duty, and return-to-work coordination.

  • Leads accident investigations and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implements corrective actions to reduce incidents and future risk exposure.

Engagement & Recognition

  • Partners with site leadership to develop engagement action plans and foster a positive workplace environment.

  • Develops and executes cost-effective recruiting strategies and workforce pipelines.
  • Manages contingent workforce programs and vendor relationships.

Experience & Qualifications
