About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Estate Planning Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you’ll support attorneys by preparing estate planning documents, communicating with clients, and keeping everything on track from intake to execution. You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.


What You’ll Do
  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives

  • Manage client intake and maintain regular communication throughout the planning process

  • Organize and maintain case files and document templates

  • Coordinate document signings, notarizations, and witness arrangements

  • Prepare asset schedules and funding documents (e.g., trust funding letters, deed transfers)

  • Conduct legal research as needed to support planning strategies

  • Track deadlines and ensure all documents are properly filed and executed

  • Work closely with attorneys to customize plans based on each client’s needs
