Job description

Our growing U.S.-based insurance agency is seeking a bilingual International Client Experience & Operations Coordinator to support our client experience and agency operations team.


This is a non-licensed administrative support role focused on creating an exceptional client experience, managing onboarding processes, supporting policy servicing tasks, maintaining accurate records, completing quality control reviews, and helping our team operate efficiently.


You will work closely with our licensed agency owner and team members to ensure clients receive timely communication, organized follow-up, and a premium service experience.


We are looking for someone who takes ownership, loves helping people, pays attention to details, and understands that small actions create long-term client relationships.


This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who enjoys structured processes, client communication, problem-solving, and growing with a U.S.-based company.


Compensation: $1,250 USD/month

Paid Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit


Schedule:

MondayFriday

9 AM6 PM Central Time (U.S.)

1 Hour Lunch Break

Full-time, consistent schedule

Responsibilities
  • Provide a world-class client experience through professional and timely communication
  • Assist with new client onboarding and welcome processes
  • Collect and organize required documents following agency procedures
  • Complete follow-up tasks to ensure clients receive excellent service
  • Support renewal preparation and client retention activities
  • Process administrative service requests that do not require an insurance license
  • Prepare Certificates of Insurance using approved templates and procedures
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and client information
  • Complete quality control checklists to help maintain accurate files and reduce Errors & Omissions (E&O) exposure
  • Confirm appointments and manage reminders
  • Maintain internal workflows, alerts, and task completion
  • Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Identify client needs and escalate insurance questions to licensed team members
  • Support agency operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills through phone, email, and messaging
  • Comfortable working with checklists, SOPs, and structured workflows
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time business hours
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
  • Customer service, administrative support, hospitality, banking, or insurance experience preferred
