Job description

Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2 (Multi-Client) for UnityPoint Health System based in Iowa. This role has full accountability for our client organization relationships which include Food and Environmental Services at multiple locations.
The Client Executive 2 is a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Accountability includes contract management, relationship management, operational results, and leading people. This role has direct accountability for operational excellence across multiple services, achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
The ideal geography for candidates to reside would be central Iowa with the position involving regional travel. Relocation assistance available!
A valid driver's license and acceptable driver's license record check is required.
Travel Requirement:
This position involves regular regional travel to multiple sites and locations across Iowa. Candidates should be prepared to spend time on the road visiting different facilities, ensuring consistent support and collaboration across the region. Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules are essential.

What You'll Do
  • Navigate the client organization through effective communication, influencing and persuading at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently in front of executive leadership while exhibiting an influential executive presence.
  • Own and drive the operational excellence commitment of Sodexo and client.
  • Utilize tools to drive and manage the middle of the page (Labor Expense, Raw Materials) to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Deploy, embed, and ensure standardized processes that are predictable, reliable, and repeatable across the book of business.
  • Deliver predictable top and bottom-line results at the site, relentless focus on driving efficiency, an edge in execution, and makes difficult decisions.
  • Drive change and create a culture where change is embraced and operationalized. Bring innovation to client organization through deployment of Sodexo programs and brand.
  • Optimize relationships to enhance customer service and fiscal stability of the business relationship through use of the Clients for Life tools and resources.
  • Manage within the parameters of the contract to prevent scope creep and renegotiate the contract as appropriate for business growth opportunities.
