Position

Rockefeller Global Investment Management (RGIM) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Associate to support the development, management, and evolution of our proprietary investment product platform across the US and Europe.

This role sits at the intersection of investments, distribution, operations, and client delivery, supporting the full lifecycle of RGIM-sponsored products, from concept and launch through ongoing management and enhancement. The successful candidate will partner closely with colleagues across Distribution, Investor Services, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Portfolio Management, Trading, Performance & Risk, and external service providers to help ensure our product platform remains operationally robust, scalable, and positioned for long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of investment products and a commitment to continuous improvement. This individual will be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end product development process from product origination through launch, including internal and external approvals, regulatory readiness and compliance, legal agreements, fund offering documentation, and operational connectivity with administrators, custodians, and intermediary platforms.
  • Support ongoing post-launch product management activities across all RGIM platform product types, including modifications and enhancements to existing products; provide product ownership and expertise; manage workflow related to new subscriptions and redemptions between investor and administrator, identify and implement process improvements, respond to internal and external reporting requirements, take lead on ad hoc requests, and participate in special projects.
  • Closely collaborate with key internal stakeholders and act as the internal repository of RGIM product knowledge and ensure that all RGIM product offering materials and processes are well maintained, communicated, and properly positioned on both internal and external distribution channels/platforms.
  • Manage key third-party relationships and requirements with external service providers, specifically fund administrators, fintechs, intermediary/fund distribution platforms, third-party reporting services, fund trusts and management companies.
  • Monitor and understand the key variables impacting RGIM investment products in both the US and Europe, including vehicle structures and product types, competitive landscape, regulations, pricing, key trends, commercial viability and distribution channels and platforms.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of asset management or investment management product management experience required
  • MBA, PMP, or other relevant advanced credentials preferred
  • Experience supporting traditional and alternative investment products across US and European markets
  • Process-oriented skill set with proven experience leading projects and/or applying project management skills in a team environment
  • Prior experience managing investment product activities and initiatives across traditional or alternative investments in the U.S. and Europe, specifically mutual funds, ETFs, Interval/Tender Offer Funds, UCITS, limited partnerships and hedge funds
  • Experience working with intermediaries and/or third-party fund platforms
  • Prior experience with European and cross border intermediaries, distribution platforms, market knowledge and product structures would be verybeneficial

  • Ability to work both independently and part of a project team, often on multiple assignments concurrently, while adhering to key objectives, standards, and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and team skills include ability to effectively communicate and interact with key investors, distribution platforms, third party service providers, internal and external senior management, and financial advisors
  • Strong ability to develop, manage, prioritize, and implement operational plans consistent with strategic objectives and decisions
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
