Who we are looking for:
The Client Relationship Coordinator supports the Client Relationship Management team by assisting with client communications, account administration, reporting, issue tracking, and day-to-day account support activities. This role is responsible for helping ensure a positive client experience by maintaining strong relationships, coordinating internal resources, and supporting the successful delivery of services. The Client Relationship Coordinator works closely with Client Relationship Managers, Operations, Business Development, Reporting & Analytics, and other internal teams to help meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO
  • Compensation: $55-65k

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Client Relationship Managers in maintaining positive client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in client meetings, prepare meeting materials, document action items, and track follow-up activities.
  • Assist with responding to client inquiries and coordinating issue resolution with internal departments.
  • Monitor account activities and help ensure client requests are completed accurately and timely.
  • Support contract administration, renewals, and routine account management processes.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute client reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate successful service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and account information.
  • Assist with portfolio reviews and support account planning initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Develop knowledge of company products, services, systems, and mortgage servicing operations.

What you'll need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • This position prefers 1-3 years of professional experience in mortgage servicing, financial services, banking, customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of mortgage servicing concepts and industry practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with MSP or similar servicing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
