Seeking a full-time Receptionist/Legal Assistant for a buy Estate Planning, Probate, Business Planning and Real Estate Firm in Columbia Falls, Montana. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work while attending to important details and deadlines, as well as work independently. Applicant must have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. BEING ORGANIZED IS A MUST!

Position Duties Include:

· Answer telephone calls and schedule client appointments and follow up;

· Prepare client documents for consultations;

· Organize and assemble client documents for client;

· Draft, review, and revise correspondence and documents as needed;

· Real property research and Deed preparation;

· File pleadings with the court E-filing website;

· Work in cooperation with office members to resolve issues and problems that arise;

· Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and other offices; and

· Other professional and administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred Applicant will Possess the Following:

· Computer experience with Windows based software programs, including Word, Microsoft

Office, Outlook and other common computer software programs;

· Experience with a case management program such as Clio;

· Ability to interact professionally and collegially with co-workers and clients;

· Be able to problem solve and follow specific instructions provided by attorney;

· Ability to organize and maintain client files in a confidential setting;

· Familiarity of legal terminology;

· Be empathetic, patient and understanding towards persons who have experienced a personal

Loss; and

· Be organized.
