Senior Associate, Client Services - Operations with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Holistic ownership and understanding of client accounts from a Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management Operations perspective by coordinating client issues across all operations teams supporting Retail Separately Managed Accounts. Act as a point of contact for Asset & Wealth Management Operations. Requires: Masterโ€™s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field and one (1) year of experience in job offered or a related role OR Bachelorโ€™s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field and three (3) year of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Masterโ€™s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelorโ€™s) with each of the following: extracting client investment data and running financial analysis across multiple systems, applying appropriate analytical methods to identify key drivers, validate results, and maintain financial ledger accuracy; managing timeโ€‘sensitive projects with consistent delivery quality, track requirements, document progress, and ensure adherence to established deliverable timelines; identifying and implementing work automation opportunities using low code platforms (such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL etc.) to reduce manual processes and mitigate operational risk; identify and evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operational workflows, and building ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data flows to ingest data into data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau etc.); utilize MS Office tools, including Outlook, to effectively communicate and manage Portfolio Management/Sales queries; ensure execution of supervisory controls and accurate completion of Closeโ€‘ofโ€‘Day processes, conducting detailed reviews of workflows completion, reconciliation outputs, and riskโ€‘based scenarios to maintain process integrity; and triaging live portfolio administration and trade support scenarios ensuring accurate and timely middleโ€‘office processing.
