Wealth Manager Client Service Associate

The Wealth Manager Client Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing day-to-day support to Wealth Managers. The CSA leads onboarding and service for new and existing clients. The incumbent is responsible for client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth clients. Lastly, he/she is responsible for client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Candidates may be required to hold Series 7 & 66 or 63/65
  • Undergraduate degree a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of investment and banking products
  • Detail oriented and customer focused
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Prior brokerage or RIA experience

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
