BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate to join our Towson, MD Medicare-certified Home Health team.

This is a growth-focused role with a clear pathway for advancement into a Client Services Manager position for high-performing individuals who demonstrate leadership, initiative, and strong operational performance.

Responsibilities for a Client Services Associate:
  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care support
  • Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling needs
  • Oversee and proactively grow your Client Services Associate caseload
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Develop strong and communicative relationships with internal team members
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring key metrics, including admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral outcomes
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
Qualifications for a Client Services Associate:
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS preferred
  • Previous medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in taking on increasing levels of responsibility and achieving goals
  • Strong ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization
  • Strong computer skills required, including experience with electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $48,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn quarterly performance-based incentives.
