Job Type: Part-Time (opportunities for additional hours based on business needs)

About the Role

Pure Barre Clearwater is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barre Tender (Front Desk Sales Associate) to join our boutique fitness studio. This role combines customer service, membership sales, relationship building, and studio operations to create an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, is motivated by achieving sales goals, and is passionate about health, wellness, and creating a welcoming community.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Conduct studio tours for prospective members
  • Explain membership options and assist prospective clients in selecting the best membership for their goals
  • Convert leads into memberships and retail sales
  • Follow up with prospective members, trial participants, and former members
  • Build strong relationships that encourage member retention
  • Assist with community outreach, marketing initiatives, and local events
  • Support instructors before and after classes
  • Process transactions, schedule classes, and maintain accurate member records
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable discussing memberships and achieving sales goals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
