Job description

Responsible for supporting Wealth Advisor(s) with sales prospect pipelines, service and operational related activities. Follows up on pending business and meets with clients as needed. Handles over all client relationships and provides service to clients via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence, handling/executing client requests for account related information and/or quotes, distributions, etc. Responsible to facilitate between clients/broker transfers/distributions and ensures enough cash in outgoing distributions or determine if trades need to be made to fund. Make recommendations to clients on various accounts. Responsible for scheduling and preparing for appointments with new or prospective clients, establishing and servicing client accounts, preparing forms, researching account inquiries and/or issues. Manages tracking referrals, establishing and maintaining files to meet the company's regulatory requirements. Establishes and maintains files and record kee Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience with Client Services, Wealth Management, developing strong client relationships or other directly related experience. Series 7 & 66, (63/65), life and health required. Willingness to obtain insurance license. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Advanced working knowledge of wealth management operations, processes, procedures, laws and regulations required. Advanced working knowledge of executing trades, investment products, estate planning and loss harvesting related to taxes. Advanced knowledge of sales and closing processes utilizing PC and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create relationships with clients. Ability to analyze and present complex financial modeling. Ability to work with high net worth clients. Must have critical thinking skills. Excellent problem resolution, research and customer service skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to lead and/or train lower level staff.
