Job description

Essential Functions

As a Clerical Associate, you maintain a professional image and prioritize customer relations in line with our Service Excellence Standards.  Responsibilities include routing incoming calls, distribute registration forms, input demographic data, schedule, and reschedule appointments, collect co-payments, and manage records effectively and professionally. This role will require that you perform diverse clerical tasks and support medical office staff as needed.

Required Education/Experience                          

  • Must be able to perform basic clerical functions and comprehend medical terminology. 
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience or training in a Medical Practice
