Job description

Registered Client Service Associate Location: Chicago, IL (In-Office) Compensation: Up to $85,000 Our client is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to join their growing wealth management team in Chicago. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys providing exceptional client service while supporting financial advisors with day-to-day operations and account management. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and timely follow-up. Assist advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts, processing transfers, money movements, and other account-related requests. Coordinate client paperwork, documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Process account maintenance, distributions, and other operational requests accurately and efficiently. Prepare meeting materials and assist with client reviews and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Collaborate with advisors and operations staff to provide a seamless client experience. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a client service or operations role within a wealth management, broker-dealer, or financial advisory firm. Active FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required; Series 65 (or ability to act under an existing advisory structure) is also acceptable. Strong understanding of investment accounts, account servicing, and financial industry regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
