Client Relationship Associate (IT Staffing)

Remote based in Memphis, TN Base plus bonus

Are you a people-person who thrives on connection, communication, and building long-term trust? ARK Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join our commercial business development department. This is a unique opportunity to learn the business from the inside out, starting with hands-on training in recruiting and delivery, then moving into a client-facing role where you'll represent ARK to some of our key partners in the Memphis metro.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys connecting with people, is confident in business settings, and wants to grow in their sales career.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with ARK's clients in the Memphis area
  • Represent ARK at client meetings, networking events, and local professional gatherings.
  • Serve as the trusted local point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Support account growth through consistent, professional relationship management and proactive follow-up.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand client needs and align on candidate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate notes, feedback, and relationship updates within ARK's internal systems.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of client-facing experience, prior staffing experience is a plus
  • Based in Memphis, TN with the ability to travel throughout the local area for on-site client meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional polish
  • Relationship builder able to engage with all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and resilient; able to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 plus performance-based bonuses
