Job description

About Polymarket
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.
We're growing fast - both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.
About the Role
Polymarket is reinventing what it means to know your customers - and our goal is simple: make every trader feel like they have a person, not a portal. Client Associates are not ticket-closers. They're the human side of the platform. You'll get new traders oriented, answer the questions that actually matter, and be the name customers recognize when they need something - from their first market to becoming confident, experienced users.
This role is for someone who genuinely cares about the people on the other end of every conversation and takes it personally when a customer has a bad time. You don't need a trading background, but you're curious about markets, quick to learn a technical product, and comfortable explaining it in plain language. You'll act as a mini-founder for your customer relationships, accountable for the experience and not just the inbox.
What You'll Do
  • Be the person your customers know by name - when they have a question about markets, positions, or the platform, you're the one who answers it clearly, fast, and without escalating the routine stuff
  • Guide customers through onboarding, from their first market to trading with confidence; if they don't understand how something works, that's yours to fix
  • Keep customer communication consistent, clear, and human - no one should ever have to read your message twice
  • Know when a customer's needs go beyond the scope of the role and get them to the right person without dropping the thread
  • Spot recurring questions and friction points, then bring clear, actionable recommendations back to the team and build simple, repeatable processes others can pick up without a long explanation
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of client-facing experience, account management, or a role where you were directly responsible for relationships with external users or customers
  • Strong written communication skills - you write clearly, get to the point, and don't make clients read the same message twice
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy - you don't wait to be told what to follow up on
  • Organized enough to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Able to learn a technical product quickly and explain it in plain language to someone who has never used it before
  • (Plus) Familiarity with prediction markets, futures, or other derivatives products
  • (Plus) Experience building or improving a client-facing process from scratch, not just inheriting one

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
  • 401k match
  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
