The Opportunity
We are an established law firm in the Mahoning Valley seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will work directly with partners on business and employment litigation, gaining hands-on experience from day one.
What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Discovery: Manage all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
  • Advocate in Court: Regularly appear for hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Client Ownership: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating complex legal issues into actionable strategy.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Litigation Experience: Minimum 2 years prior litigation experience.
