Job description

Overview
Support high-touch service and sales enablement for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Partner across the Wealth Management team to deliver an exceptional client experience, deepen relationships, and connect clients to the right solutions. Leverage operational and product expertise to execute on service strategy and resolve day-to-day client needs.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage daily client transactions (wires, transfers, maintenance, overdrafts, delinquency) with accuracy and urgency
  • Resolve routine service issues independently, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Open and onboard new client relationships; ensure clients are set up and informed
  • Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal partners to support retention and growth
  • Provide sales support for market initiatives, events, and process improvements
  • Stay current on products, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Review reports to ensure compliance, security, and service quality; escalate risks as needed
  • Adhere to risk, audit, and control standards

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 years' financial services client service experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years' financial services client service experience
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Education and Experience Preferred:
3+ years in private banking, wealth management, commercial banking, or branch
Knowledge of banking systems and private banking products/services
