The ideal candidate must have experience in drafting standard and sophisticated estate planning documents. Domestic and international estate, gift and income tax planning (including generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable planning and preparation of gift and estate tax returns. Excellent writing, researching, and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background and must be admitted to the Illinois bar. Tax LLM preferred.
