About the Role

As a Client Ambassador at Restoration Counseling Service, you will play a vital role in welcoming and guiding our clients through their journey of healing. Join our dedicated team in Redlands, CA, where your passion for helping others will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and provide them with essential information about our services.

Assist clients in completing intake forms and ensure their information is accurately recorded.

Coordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments to enhance client engagement.

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the reception area.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.

Support therapists and staff by managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Gather client feedback to help improve our services and client satisfaction.

Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere that aligns with our mission.

Assist with creating and distributing client newsletters, including gathering content, proofreading, and coordinating publication schedules.

Support the development of blog content by drafting articles, interviewing team members, researching topics, and ensuring content aligns with Restoration’s mission and values.

Assist with social media and community outreach efforts as needed.

Complete other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a counseling, healthcare, or customer service setting is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional newsletters, blog posts, and client communications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Empathetic demeanor with a passion for helping others on their journey toward healing and growth.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Attention to detail, including proofreading and maintaining accuracy in written materials.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Canva, social media platforms, blogging, newsletter creation, or digital marketing.

Interest in psychology, counseling, healthcare, communications, marketing, or related fields.

Familiarity with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality in a healthcare environment.
