Job description

We are expanding our Client Accounting Services division and are in search of highly motivated candidates to join the team.
Position Description:
The position is responsible for providing accurate and timely accounting support services in the areas of client accounting and payroll. The position assures all financials are maintained and administered without error.
We are looking for a highly organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills and must be an integral team member with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assures all financials are maintained and administered without error.
  • Records, reviews, and/or monitors regular input of client transactions, including deposits and expenses.
  • Reconciles all financial statements every month.
  • Prepares quarterly Financial Reports.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly journal entries.

General:
  • Supports the strategic goals and mission.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills/client service skills and an adaptable attitude.

  • Must have the schedule freedom to work Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Acute verbal, hearing, and visual senses are required for communication.
  • Manual dexterity and visual capability to use a computer, audio/visual, and general office equipment.
  • Must be able to walk upstairs and may include lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
