We're seeking a tech-savvy Senior Associate to support client onboarding and accounting system implementations. This role combines accounting knowledge, project support, and technology to help clients modernize their financial operations and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support.

What You'll Do
  • Implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions and perform accounting readiness services

  • Communicate progress, flag risks and roadblocks early, and seek clarification to maintain project momentum.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience required; professional services experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The pay rate range for this job position is $71,000 to $100,390. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
