The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our clients and financial professionals. This dynamic role offers a balance of client-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes problem-solving. What You'll do:
  • Support financial professionals across the country with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage client account administration and service requests.
  • Use multiple electronic systems simultaneously to complete work accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance-focused records, documentation, and processes.
  • Coordinate, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and service expectations.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate with advisors, clients, and internal teams through a variety of channels.
  • Research issues, solve problems, and identify practical solutions.
  • Manage electronic files and documentation using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and other business systems.
  • Learn new software, procedures, and technologies as business needs evolve.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
