About the Role:
Join ATC International LLC as a Shipping Clerk in Carson, CA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate shipments. We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our team’s success.

Responsibilities:
  • Print and prepare shipping documents for outgoing shipments within a tight morning timeline
  • Process orders through carrier sites (Shipstation, UPS Worldship, Stamps.com, DHL, Fed Ex) 
  • Troubleshoot shipping shortages online in Warehouse Management System (Extensiv, 3PL Central)
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries through Microsoft Word email
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and help with scanner trouble shooting
  • Utilize shipping software and tools to manage logistics efficiently
  • Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in all shipping activities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
