ASSISTANT FIELD SUPERVISOR - EVENINGS
Location: Genesee County & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Evening / PM Shifts, Some Weekends, M-F
Reports To: Working PM Zone Supervisor & Office Management

$18.00-$19.00 per hour

ClearView Building Maintenance is growing, and we're looking for a highly motivated leader to join our PM team! The Assistant Field Supervisor supports the success of our janitorial teams by ensuring quality standards are met, assisting with training, and stepping in to support nightly operations.
What You'll Do
Support & Fill-In
  • Assist cleaning staff when additional support or coverage is needed
    - This is coverage forward position, expect to do at least some cleaning nightly.

Training & Staff Development
  • Train, motivate, and guide new and existing employees
  • Reinforce company policies and best practices
  • Help build strong, confident teams through hands-on leadership

Planning & Coordination
  • Work with supervisors and leadership on nightly schedules and staffing needs
  • Coordinate janitorial work across multiple properties

Quality Control
  • Conduct random site visits and inspections during cleaning hours
  • Ensure all work meets quality, accuracy, and safety standards
  • Address service concerns and take corrective action when required

Communication & Reporting
  • Maintain consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • Take and direct calls a few nights per week to support the PM shift
  • Submit nightly reports based on observations and feedback

Inventory & Equipment
  • Monitor supply levels and maintain proper stocking
  • Ensure equipment is functioning and request repairs when needed

Special Projects
  • Assist with floor care, deep cleaning, and event support as assigned

Introductory Zone Support
  • Take responsibility for a small group of assigned locations including reviewing and confirming clock-ins
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and problem-solve in real time
  • Experience in janitorial or supervisory roles a plus (but willing to train the right person)
  • Valid driver's license/insurance and dependable transportation required
