Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language PathologistFort Worth, Texas | $60–$65 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in the Fort Worth, Texas area.

Compensation: $60–$65 per hour, depending on experience.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys the evaluation, IEP, and special education aspects of school-based practice and would like to work collaboratively with an SLPA.

Position Responsibilities

The SLP will:

  • Supervise an SLPA providing speech-language therapy services
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Write comprehensive speech and language evaluation reports
  • Develop and write IEPs and speech-language goals
  • Attend ARD/IEP meetings
  • Set up and facilitate speech-only ARD meetings
  • Monitor student progress and ensure appropriate speech-language services are provided
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Experience with school-based evaluations, ARDs, and IEP development preferred
  • Experience supervising an SLPA preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
