Job OverviewRAIR, LLC is seeking a skilled Lead Installation Technician to join our team of dedicated HVAC professionals. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for installing residential HVAC systems to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring precision and efficiency
- Review project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate execution
- Conduct system start-ups and ensure full functionality upon installation
- Communicate with homeowners to explain system operation and answer questions
- Maintain job site cleanliness and uphold all safety standards
- Complete required documentation for each job, including installation checklists and time tracking
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction
- Uphold RAIR’s standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
- Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality control
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Thursday with potential for overtime
Location- Onsite throughout residential projects in your assigned region
