What You’ll Be Responsible For as a Window Cleaning Technician


  •  Review jobs and routes for the day
  • Arrive prepared with proper equipment
  • Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers
  • Travel safely and efficiently between jobs
  • Execute high-quality window cleaning using proper safety techniques
  • Delegate tasks when working with a teammate
  • Place Glide signage at each job site
  • Perform detailed touch-ups and a final walk-around
  • Communicate results and feedback to customers
  • Maintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organized
  • Report vehicle or equipment issues
