Job description

General Cleaner/Scrubber Driver: Janitorial Services
Mon-Fri. 7:30am-3:30pm
Hourly: $16.00
4M Building Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Scrubber Operator to support our industrial and manufacturing clients. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and production-ready environments within factory and warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures, and understands the importance of supporting customer operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate ride-on sweeper/scrubber equipment to clean manufacturing floors and warehouse areas
• Clean up water, oil, and approved spill types in accordance with company and client safety guidelines
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and complete required documentation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report mechanical issues immediately
• Communicate safety hazards or operational concerns to supervision promptly
• Follow all 4M Building Solutions safety policies and client site regulations
• Participate in required safety and equipment training
• Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Skills and Abilities
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Customer-focused and team-oriented
• Previous scrubber or industrial cleaning experience preferred

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive movement
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Ability to work within a manufacturing environment
