A cleaning job typically involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas such as offices, homes, schools, or public spaces. Key duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and sometimes handling waste disposal. Cleaners may also be responsible for restocking supplies like soap and paper towels and reporting any maintenance issues they notice during their work. The specific tasks can vary depending on the type of facility and employer requirements.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a cleaner?

To thrive as a Cleaner, you need knowledge of cleaning techniques, attention to detail, and basic health and safety awareness, often supported by on-the-job training or relevant certifications.
