Custodian (Full-Time amp; Part-Time) โ€“ Join Our Swim School Team!
Location: AquaTech Swim โ€“ Alameda Campus

Are you a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail? Do you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and running smoothly? Our swim school is looking for reliable custodians to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our families, swimmers, and staff.


Available Schedules

Full-Time (Set Schedule):

  • Wednesday โ€“ Friday: 11:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM
  • Saturday amp; Sunday: 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM

Part-Time (Set Schedule):

  • Mondays amp; Tuesdays: 11:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM

Schedules are consistent week-to-week.


About the Role

As a Custodian, youโ€™ll play a key role in keeping our facility in top condition. This is an active, hands-on role where your work directly impacts the experience of every customer who walks through our doors.

Pay: $22/hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, changing stalls, and common areas
  • Mopping, sweeping, and maintaining dry, safe floors
  • Cleaning windows, mirrors, chairs, tables, and other surfaces
  • Emptying trash and replacing liners
  • Handling minor repairs and reporting maintenance needs
  • Staying active and on your feet throughout your shift

  • Ability to work independently and stay on task
  • Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet for extended periods
