We are looking for dependable and hardworking candidates, offering part time work starting after 5pm in the Appleton, Neenah and Menasha Areas. Physical Demands and Qualifications:

  • Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
  • Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required!
  • Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
  • Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
  • Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities
  • Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
  • Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting etc.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized cleaning closet and communicating with supervisor when supplies are needed.
