Job description

We are offering a hiring bonus totaling $1,000 for qualified candidates:

  • $500 paid after successfully completing 6 months of employment
  • An additional $500 paid after successfully completing 1 year of employment

Both bonus payments are contingent upon maintaining good standing and active employment through each payout date.


We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Utility Cleaner to join our janitorial team! This is a versatile position that supports a variety of cleaning tasks across multiple areas and shifts. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a dependable team — we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

· Perform general and deep cleaning in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas

· Fill in and cover shifts or tasks for absent team members as needed

· Assist with floor care (mopping, buffing, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, etc.)

· Restock supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues

· Respond to emergency cleanups (spills, weather-related issues, etc.)

· Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow all safety guidelines

Requirements:

· Prior janitorial or facility cleaning experience preferred (but not required)

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks on your feet

· Flexible schedule and willingness to travel between areas or buildings

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
