Job Description

We are hiring Residential & Heavy Chore Cleaners to provide detailed cleaning and home organization services in private residences. This role includes standard house cleaning as well as heavier tasks such as deep cleaning, organizing, and reset cleans.

This is an active, hands-on job for someone who takes pride in thorough work and can follow systems and checklists.

Responsibilities
  • Perform residential cleaning services including:

    • Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

    • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

  • Complete deep cleans and heavy-chore tasks, including:

    • Move-out / move-in cleans

    • Appliance cleaning (ovens, refrigerators, interiors)

    • Decluttering and organization projects

    • Baseboards, vents, blinds, and detailed edge work

  • Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures

  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and correctly

  • Communicate clearly with scheduling staff and supervisors

  • Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes

Qualifications

Must be able to read and speak English fluentely

  • Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or deep cleaning preferred (but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to perform physical work (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods)

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and company policies

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
