The Office Services Coordinator supports the coordination of daily office services operations, serving as a primary point of contact for officerelated requests and logistical needs. This role helps ensure consistent service delivery across mailroom operations, office supplies, shared spaces, and employee move coordination.TheCoordinatorpartners closely with the Office Services team to resolve issues, supportonboardingand offboardinglogistics, andidentifyopportunities to improve workflows and the inoffice employee experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma,GEDor equivalent

  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience providing administrative support

  • Proficiencywithoffice and computer applications experience

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:
  • Coordinates daily office services activities, including mailroom operations, supply management, and shared workspace readiness

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is

$26.44 - $36.06
