Position Summary

Burgos Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a housing complex in Hartford, CT. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces while ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.amam

Monday - Saturday 8 am -12pm

Saturdays 8AM - 12pm

24 hours a week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, entrances, stairwells, and community spaces.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restrooms.

Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas surrounding the property.

Pick up litter and debris from sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and other exterior spaces.

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to management.

Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols.

Ensure all areas of the housing complex remain neat, clean, and presentable.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Reliable and dependable attendance.
