Full-Time Evening Shift Commercial Cleaner Wanted
Location: Charleston, WV
Schedule: Evening Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM), Monday - Friday
Pay: $12-13/hour

We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working Commercial Cleaner to join our evening shift team full-time.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing a variety of commercial spaces such as offices, medical facilities, retail locations, and/or industrial properties. Your duties may include:
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms
  • Wiping down and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
  • Restocking supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc.)
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Locking up and securing buildings as needed

Who We're Looking For
Required:
  • Availability to work full-time during evening hours (e.g., 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good physical condition - must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to successfully pass background check and drug test

Preferred but Not Required:
  • Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE use
