You will lead a frontline team of 1 to 5 cleaners across various off-site projects, including commercial openings, residential cleanings, post-construction sites, and renovation clean-ups. In this role, you will balance hands-on cleaning with team management and on-site training. You will be the primary mentor for new hires, ensuring they learn our high standards in a supportive, encouraging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-On Cleaning: Work alongside the cleaning team performing daily cleaning duties while also providing on-site leadership and direction.Team Leadership: Direct daily operations for a team of 1–5 cleaners on site.Hands-On Training: Provide practical, encouraging instruction to new hires and existing staff.Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bishop Clean Care standards.Positive Culture: Maintain a motivating, collaborative, and respectful team atmosphere.Client Communication: Act as the professional on-site point of contact for clients.Job RequirementsSkills: Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills.Traits: Positive attitude, high energy, patience, attention to detail, and a natural ability to motivate others.Schedule: Reliable availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 days per week.Experience: Previous professional cleaning or team leadership experience is highly preferred.Breakdown of Cleaning Tasks by Project TypeThe Lead Cleaner must understand, perform, and train others on the following specialized task lists:1.
