Heavy-Duty Cleaner โ€“ Graveyard ShiftJoin Our Overnight Team!

Are you someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Heavy-Duty Cleaner to join our graveyard team. This critical overnight role helps prepare our restaurants and kitchens for the next day's operations by ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and ready for service.

What You'll Do
  • Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, including under and around cooking and refrigeration appliances.
  • Clean and sanitize floors, walls, counters, drains, and storage areas.
  • Wash and maintain heavy pots, pans, trays, and cooking utensils.
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure restaurants are stocked with clean dishes, glassware, and silverware for the next shift.
  • Empty trash and maintain waste disposal areas.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and food-handling standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with team members and vendors.
  • Assist with additional cleaning and operational duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in kitchen cleaning, stewarding, dishwashing, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours while remaining productive and focused.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds independently; heavier items require assistance.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Work Environment

This position is a graveyard shift within a 24-hour casino environment. Team members should be comfortable working overnight and in areas that may include:

  • Secondary smoke
  • High noise levels
  • Bright lighting
  • Dust and varying temperatures
  • Busy restaurant and casino operations

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
